| Design & Drawing Creation CP Machine can create a design for your shop needs. Designs of both parts / assemblies, or tooling can be created using AutoCad's Mechanical Desktop 6 or Inventor 7. Both CAD packages utilized fully 3D - solid modeling capabilities. This aids in the creation of the detailed drawings plus providing the output files for CNC work. Also a varitiy of design file output for importing into other CAD systems. |

| Machining CP Machine can accomplish many different types of machining. Vertical mill work, boring, line boring, keyway milling, lathe work. Various different parts can be machined for your project. Repaired parts and completely new parts can be machined to meet all your needs. |

| Cylinder Boring & Sleeving CP Machine can bring your tired cylinder bore back to life. Having poor compression can make your engine hard to start and have very little power. We do our cylinder boring on a Lucas Horizontal Boring Mill. This HBM has a stable and true running 3" diameter spindle. If your bore is pitted real bad and the cylinder wal would be to thin from boring, we can sleeve your cylinder. |
